THE UNIQUE SUMMIT IS COMING TO SOUTH AFRICA

The Unique Summit will be held in Cape Town from November 15-20, 2024.

As a key event within the Global Startup Cities initiative, which has previously taken place in Spain, Portugal, and the Czech Republic, this year's summit marks its first arrival in South Africa.

The Global Startup Cities is where ideas meet action, and vision turns into reality. These curated meetups are designed to not only inspire but also to equip you with the tools and connections needed to thrive in the global startup landscape.

Under the theme, "Explore Innovation in the Heart of Africa," the summit aims to bridge networks, foster cross-border collaboration, and support the long-term growth as well as sustainability of Africa’s entrepreneurial landscape.

DYNAMIC BLEND OF ACTIVITIES

In strategic partnership with the City of Cape Town and Global Startup Cities, and convened by UVU Africa, this event will offer a dynamic array of activities focused on tourism.

The main program, taking place on November 18-19, 2024, will feature four key streams:
Investors, Public Authorities, Ecosystem Builders, and Startups.

GSA AFRICA CONTINENTAL CELEBRATION

A key highlight will be the GSA Africa Finale on November 19, where the top 14 GSA Africa Winners from our 69 Regional Winners will be unveiled.

This exclusive, invite-only, cocktail event will honour Africa's most promising startups, following a year-long competition that attracted over 11,000 entries. It will celebrate local innovation while bringing together Pan-African and global stakeholders from across the entire startup ecosystem.
